Of gizmos and toys

It's nearing 2am here but I need to get this off my chest.

1) The positives first. YAY for COMEX! Free comics, taking plenty of pics, posing with a bloody stormtrooper! 8D SW FTW!

The negatives...

1) Grandma's got probs with her health again. I can't say much - really, I actually want to just spill but I've realised I've come to the point where I'm just waiting for the inevitable. I sound like a horrible bastard but yes. I'm somewhat resigned with the family problems concerning health. This year just hasn't been a good year. (Well, last year too...)

2) I finally managed to wrestle control of the comp so I tried to reconfig my router and modem. Now, I have wireless access but you know what? MY DESKTOP says it detects NO NETWORK CONNECTION! Fucking hell, I'm so bloody tired and sick of all this shit already. Why can't things go right concerning this problem?! I NEED Net Access lest I die.

Thank god IT geek's coming over later to check it out. Which leads to the next point...

3) My room's in a mess and I'm just too tired to clean it up. ARGH. I'm just gonna sleep, wake up real early in a few hours time, tidy up to the best of my abilities and erm...yes.
