virginangelicIn case you were living under a rock, one of the Three Tenors, one of the greatest opera singers ever has passed away. Yes. Pavarotti, the huge Italian blessed with such a wow! voice. May you rest in peace.
In other news, Super Junior's Cho Kyuhyun is about to go for one more operation before he can undergo rehabilitation theraphy. Therefore, will he be spared from the current mess that is Super Junior? (The hair I mean) Kyuhyun, as many of you should have already known was the most badly injured out of the four SuJu members that were involved in a road accident in the first half of the year. He is currently doing well it seems, smiling and waving and singing though he can't dance at this point in time. He's also in the recording studio so fret not Kyu fans, his glorious voice will serenade us once again. Therefore, Kyuhyun-hyung, HWAITING! May your operation be a success!
And we also mourn the departure of Ryeowook's beloved pet dog, Ddabong. I'm not a dog person at all but I know how it feels like to have your pet pass away. Cheer up okay Magnae? He's in a better place and you have Yehsung to turn to. :) DAMN YOU HOTLINKERS!!! I HAVEN'T SAVED THAT FREAKING YEHWOOK AND DOG PICTURE OKAY!!! ARGH. GET YOUR OWN PHOTOBUCKET ACCOUNT DAMN IT. Why? Need lessons is it?! Aish. To think such silly people exist. How the world do you even manage to get online anyways?! Ahem. End of rant. But beware. Ihate hotinkers.
Yesterday, NP organized the Marigold Festival, essentially a plant growing competition for secondary school students. This was the poly's fourth consecutive time it's organized such an event. About sixteen schools participated and all in all, it was a success. (PLENTY of extra food left though). The proceeds from sales of the marigold went to the Red Cross Society.

Enough with trying to sound so formal like. Let's see...the festival was rather okay though if I were to compare with last year, last year's Zinnia festival was better. But the good thing is the fact that there was tea reception. Last year, they herded us out without anything. T.T
Was in charge of registration like the year before. This year, judging was easier since we didn't need to measure anything. Unlike last year with flower size. Oh, the horror stories I could tell you like this one team that argued over one measly 0.1cm. Hah. Too bad they didn't win.
Also, this year, we had to wear the new HLM tee which is this putrid color of bleached brown. Of course I wore a khaki shirt over it. Wouldn't dare wear it in public like my class tees from secondary school. Yes, I still have that black plain tee (the one I like the best), the ugly red tee with the bastardized version of my phoenix (turned chicken), the orange tee (my 2nd fav) with the who's affraid of the big bad wolf and of course the white polo tee. Too bad it's horribly discoloured now due to painting the class flag and banner. XD
Hmm...also, I was blasting Kpop the whole time. I've managed to ensnare TWO willing souls into the fandom. Go me! DBSK first. SuJu slowly...wouldn't want to freak them out with a 13 member group. Heck, to be honest, if their new image sucks, I'm putting them on hold. Call me a superficial bitch for all I care. I cannot withstand the uh-gly. Like what the heck - tricolored hair?! ARGH. DIE STYLIST DIE!
Ahem. *hides voodoo doll* Ah yes. I am soaking in the DBSK love. Travel Log is absolutely fantastically splendid. And even THAT is an understatement. It's just...<3
