Have a great LNY and birthdays!
Happy Birthday to Yunho of DBSK and Kangteuk baby Hongki! May you guys continue to be blessed with success and I look forward to seeing more of you guys on stage. Hopefully in Korea for the former. :)
And...this is totally true. XD

Let's see...to begin with, school has been utterly stressful so far since we've headed into sudy break - mugging week in other words. Therefore, it seems as though everyone's asking to submit this, hand in that and the deadlines are ALWAYS yesterday.
I've not been sleeping well so much apologies to anyone who have started convos with me online and I don't respond after like ten minutes or something - I dozed off. Afterall, I have about an hour of scheduled sleep daily for the past few nights to the point that my eyes read weird headlines like:
At least 45 dead as TOMATOES sweep Southern US. (It's supposed to be tornadoes fyi. And my condolences to those who have lost their loved ones)
To cut the story short, this week's been eventful. I failed my trellis design assignment so it pushed me to submit something better for the last project which was the proposed design of the school's entrance.
God, who knew glass roofs could be so complex in detail? My eyes can barely function after the amount of criss-crossing lines that needed editting. And I even did the bloody school logo in Autocad manually instead of just pasting an image. (Let's hope this gains me some brownie points...) And the printing was horrendous. Imperfect since I copied off the wrong boxes and everything. That'll teach me to do shortcuts...sigh...Thank god it was relatively cheap. 8 bucks to print the layouts ($4 each). Of course, Bukit Timah prints it cheaper at about $2.50 each but it's so unreliable.
My efforts seem to have worked off. She DID say that I've shown a marked improvement but who knows? The moderator may still fail me in the end.
I've tried my best!
Can't you guess I'm trying to be ultra positive? Of COURSE I freaking cried when I found out I failed. For god's sake. Only 3 people failed. And essentially, I got the third guy to fail as he was my partner. >.< Apologies...
I just hope I've said goodbye to structural autocad as a graded module.
Anywhos, Tues was also the deadline to submit the logbooks and being the damn procrastinator that I am, I wasn't able to submit it on time. So I came to school freaking early in the morning the next day only to find that:
a) The shortcut through SIM was closed because the entire campus was closed
b) The co-op (which is like this photocopying shop cum candy store) was shut
c) The office wasn't opened yet.
d) I left my camera at home
Which left me:
a) Walking on the road up the freaking hill and down again in the bloody torturous scorching sun
b) Unable to zap my pest record forms so I had to copy it down manually (I have horrible handwriting so there went the presentation marks)
c) So I had no way of submitting the logbook BEFORE she came (Only it turns out that she never collected the books at all when I managed to submit it later)
d) I wasn't able to take photos of my insect collection
But thank god, I passed entomology already. I was so afraid I was gonna get low marks since I only had the minimum 5 pest and 1 weed. And some junk. I'm so thankful I have excellent classmates when it comes to projects. They always always always help with arranging and sharing.
Therefore, by the end of it, I boasted 7 specimens and 3 extras. Thank you you sweet people!
So I passed.
Now all that's left is my post harvest physiology practical project and my tree health report.
And I got home to find that I'm supposed to prepared a ONE page resume for the industrial attachment interview on 14th. (Let it be NParks, let it be NParks, let it be Nparks)
*freaks out*
I have an ill-prepared resume and testimonials. And one page?! WTF.
I'm particularly worried about this.
name, contact number, address, email, educational qualifications and special talents.
WTFH is SPECIAL TALENTS?!
Dang. I'm so freaking screwed.
