the thing about friends is that they - as all humans do - tend to change. just like you.
and sometimes if you're lucky or just very very careful you change to match, you continue fishing like before, and forever is a lazy summer afternoon calm and warm.
but more often than not things happen and the world continues as rocks can be worn down by time and life's incessant flood and puzzle pieces warped misshapen by time, use and moisture so too everything good must end.
