The glamour has worn off. The real world's kicking in...

It's been a whirlwind of activities this past few days and it's...it's finally over.

But before that, THANK YOU GOD FOR AN OBAMA VICTORY!

After meeting some of my idols in person, breathing in the same air as them, watching them live etc. I bid the fandom world adieu. It'll be a temporary one but hey, it's time to head back to the books, as hard as it might be.

Also...

I've quit writing! I know I've got some stories that are incomplete and I'm sorry I wasn't ever able to complete a multi-chapter. But yeah, all delusions of me being a writer has finally worn off - I'm better off as a reader than a writer. Call me a quiter if you will but I doubt I'll be writing anything for a very long while, even if I did enjoy it once. Now...I find it a chore to even plan time to write and most of the time, nothing particularly decent comes out anyways, merely rehashes of old stories or worse. Still, I thank everyone who's supported me this far with this half-baked idea. Oh well. Maybe one day...one day I may write something but who knows?

But I doubt I'll be quitting fandom for it keeps me grounded. Not to mention it's helped me to connect to people who understand me better than some of my real life friends. Fandom has taught me so many things; has helped to be the shining beacon of light at the end of the tunnel (one I'm still walking further along in). I swear because of fandom, my moods nowadays lean more towards the positive on the happiness scale. XD

I know this entry sounds like some darn eulogy but rest assured, I'm not gonna die anytime soon. (Unless some higher powers has other plans...touch wood). I've got videos to upload, pictures to post etc. I'm just pissed that my camera just decided to die on me when the stars arrived at the airport. I was SO SO SO close to touching Yoobin okay?! I shall upload everything by this weekend hopefully. God, so many things to upload man...

Alright, that's the end of it.

I think a pause in writing might be a good idea if you're not satisfied with what you're coming up with (even though I think you're talented)~

... personal quibble. I don't think writng is something you can quit - maybe you can stop conscioously thinking about writing, but you'll never be able to actually quit it. See my theory on quitting fandom and all that jazz.
