virginangelicThe whole of yesterday and today, did baking with my mum and sisters. I did most of the work <3
Anyways, here you go. My attempts at making raya cookies this year. :) I think I can give that Raja Kuih a run for his money. :P
My almond cookies before baking - oh god, the texture was horrible!!! So sticky and gooey and my mum had to add in more flour than stated in the recipe. I have no idea what went wrong but at LEAST it turned out rather decent in the end, albeit not very sweet.
THE chocolate chips cookies. <3 I doubt I'll be making a trip down to famous amos NOR Mrs Field for quite a while. They're soo...good.
Then this batch of M&M cookies - I didn't exactly do much. Except for flattening them. XD But they surprise me - they look ridiculously pretty.
My super first attempt at baking after years of non-baking. I know I didn't do desserts for home econ back in sec sch. Anywhos, this was REAL simple to make. And completely satisfying to see.
